The model MSO7014 is a 100MHz 4-channel digital oscilloscope with 10 GS/sec/channel sample rate and with outstanding features such as a very large memory depth of up to 500 Mpts. In addition, the model possesses an integrated serial bus triggering and a 10.1 inch large touch color display for optimal display of measurement signals as well as 16 digital input channels (logic). LAN, USB and RS232 bridge are standard, as are many Maths functions.The model DS7014 has many features and functions built in, without having to deal with an extra charge. In addition, bandwidth and memory expansion are available via software updates. DVM and frequency counter functions are integrated! Channel Arb function generator is available as an option.
